• We provide a 21-day return period where you can return the device for any reason, including a change of mind.
  • For a change of mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost and are liable for the device until the seller receives it.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for any warranty-related claim. You are liable and responsible for the device until the seller receives it.
  • Notwithstanding the rights you have in the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act, we will provide you with a 13-month warranty on all devices sold through the marketplace. 
  • Any warranty claims need to be directed to our customer service department, which will talk you through the process.
  • You will decline a request for a return due to a change of mind outside of the 21-day return period.
  • Any brand-new devices sold through the marketplace may include a local manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the manufacturer must handle any warranty claims directly.
  • This does not apply to any brand-new device intended for a market other than Australia, as the manufacturer warranty will not apply. These devices will be subject to the same warranty process as outlined in section 6:b
