• Tracking information will be provided to you after receiving confirmation of the order and within the seller’s dispatch timeframe.
  • Sellers on the marketplace may have different dispatch timeframes, depending on geographical location.
  • Any queries relating to the tracking information or related updates should be directed to our customer service department. We will get in touch with the seller on your behalf to confirm those updates.
  • We do not influence the delivery timeframe once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner. Many things may influence the delivery timeframe, and the delivery timeframe provided to you is an estimate only.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, the seller is required to investigate with the delivery partner. If the parcel is deemed to have been lost by the delivery partner after the investigation, a replacement device will be dispatched to you by the seller.
  • If you have mentioned on the delivery notes to leave without a signature, neither the seller nor we are liable for any lost or stolen packages after the tracking information has been updated to show the parcel as delivered.
